BKA Digital is deliberately small. It means the people you speak to are the same people planning, designing, developing and managing your website.
Between us, we bring the experience and commitment needed to do the work properly while staying approachable and easy to deal with. You always know what is happening, why a decision has been made and who to call when you need something.
From our base in Bath, we work with businesses locally and across the UK, taking the pressure off their teams and turning a potentially stressful process into a clear one.

Max and Joe — the same two people from the first conversation through to launch and beyond. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is handed to a junior once the contract is signed.
We are based in Bath and know the local market well, but we work with businesses across the UK. Most of the process happens over calls and email, so location has never been a limitation.
It does not. We work with sole traders launching their first website and with established companies replacing something outdated. What matters more is that you care about getting it right.
We keep managing it. Hosting, updates, small changes and any problems come back to us. You are not handed a login and left to work it out alone unless that is genuinely what you want.
Because you agree a fixed price against a written scope before we start. If you later ask for something outside that scope we will quote it separately, so nothing appears on an invoice unannounced.
